Terms of Service:
Fill out a grocery list on our website (or via any grocery app that allows you to email it to us-TravelingJoe2017@gmail.com) Don’t forget a name and a way to contact with questions. Select a time slot for the preferred delivery time for the next day of business (see below). NEED TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THEY CAN’T HAVE JUST ANY OL’ TIME THEY PICK (?)
Days of operation: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Once you have submitted your order, your items will be shopped for and delivered on the next Mon, Wed, or Fri. For example, you submit your order Thursday night, you can schedule your delivery for as early as any time on Friday (the next day). You submit your order Monday, you can schedule your delivery for any time as early as Wednesday. So remember, if you submit your order on Friday, the earliest you can schedule your delivery is on the following Monday.
You, or a responsible party, need to be home to receive the order when we deliver to the home or place of business, as this is where we receive our payment.
If need to cancel or change your order, you need to notify us before we start shopping. Feel free to text or call us at the number on the contact page. If we have not started shopping, there will be no additional charge.
If you are running late, please call or text us at the number on the contact page. There may be a service fee if it affects other customer’s orders.
There is NO service fee on cash purchases, otherwise there is a 3% service fee on your total that is charged to us by the vendor. See “Rate” page (by clicking on the yellow link below)
SHOULD I PUT RATES HERE TOO?
At this time, we can only provide services to customers within a 15-mile radius of the Waterloo Piggly Wiggly. If you live outside of the 15 mile radius, but work within, we would be happy to deliver it to your place of employment for you to receive. (we hope to branch out further next year).
This includes, but is not limited to Waterloo, Portland, Hubbleton, Reeseville, Richwood, Marshall, York Center, Astigo, Deansville, the east side of Sun Prairie, and the north side of Cambridge.
At this time, we are only shopping at the Waterloo Piggly Wiggly (but hope to expand to other stores like Wal-Mart, Aldi, Woodman’s, Copps and The Lake Mills Market).
